The Arturia Bus EXCITER-104 is a software emulation of the Aphex Aural Exciter C2-104 hardware rackmount exciter produced in the 1980s.

graphical interface with convenient display of the process on the signal spectrum
is conditionally divided into three modules with different processing
allows to increase intelligibility and saturation of sound not by increasing the amplitude of the signal, but by saturating the spectrum with harmonics.
