Designed for creative individuals, students, small business owners, chronic multitaskers, IT managers and everyone in between. Parallels Toolbox allows everyone to get the most out of their Mac without having to study complex system settings.
With just one click, you can:
Save space on your hard drive
Create high-quality content
Quickly optimize your computer for presentations
And much more!
Our cost-effective set of tools replaces the need for multiple applications.
Flight mode
Use this tool to quickly disable all wireless connections (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) on your Mac. To activate it, simply click the Airplane Mode icon on the toolbar. To disable the “Airplane Mode”, click the tool again.
Alarm
Use this tool to alert you at a certain time with a notification and sound. Just set the time and day of the week (or several days of the week), and the alarm will appear on schedule. Choose a sound, add a name and receive notifications every week. You can click the “Postpone” button to receive the alert again after 5 minutes.
Archive
Use Archiver to create compressed archives from your files to save space or easily share multiple files. The archive has more features than the built-in system utility.
You can create password-protected archives, so only those who know the password can access the archived files.
You can create an archive with multiple files from different locations by simply launching the Archive from the toolbar or Finder and dragging files and folders into its window — there is no need to move or copy files to one folder.
Barcode Generator
Enter the text or URL, select the desired barcode format, and the tool will generate a barcode or QR code image. Copy the barcode to the clipboard or save it as an image file.
The reader
Barcode Scan the barcode using the built-in camera or import an image to recognize the contents encoded with a barcode or QR code. Links are automatically recognized and can be clicked directly.
Lock the camera
Lock the built-in camera, making it inaccessible to applications.
Break time
Work more productively and use break time as a reminder of regular computer breaks.
Capturing an area, screen, or window
Use this tool to take a screenshot of the selected area, window, or the entire screen. The image file will appear on your desktop.
Clear the disk
Use this tool to get more free space and optimize your Mac. The “clean disk” scans the system and detects files that can be safely deleted — cache, logs, temporary files, etc. The application is also able to find large and old files in macOS. The “Clean disk” does not delete files automatically — after scanning the system, you can choose what to delete and what to keep.
Clipboard History
Use this tool to store text and images copied to the clipboard for up to 30 days. You can quickly insert them whenever you need in just a few clicks. The tool window lists the copied items and shows in which applications they were copied. If you need to quickly find something in the clipboard history, use the search or add frequently used items to favorites. If you do not want to collect copied items from some applications, you can either suspend the tool or add these applications to the exclusion list.
Close the applications
Open your desktop or start working from scratch. Depending on which option you choose, this tool will minimize all open windows or close all applications that are visible on the taskbar with one click.
Video Conversion
Use this tool to convert the video so that it can be played in the Video app on your iPhone or iPad. Simply drag and drop a video, such as your favorite movie or TV show, onto the icon or tool window, and it will be transformed. The tool can convert almost any video format and can add the converted video to your iTunes library.
Processor temperature
Track the current CPU temperature of your Mac in the menu bar.
Date countdown
Use this tool to set up a countdown to a specific date, such as a birthday, deadline, or vacation. Just enter the day and month, and the Date Countdown will start counting down the days, showing the number of days remaining on the tool icons in the Dock and Finder. When the date arrives, Date Countdown displays a message. You can stop the countdown by clicking the On switch/Off in the main application window.
Do not disturb
Use this tool if you want to avoid distractions and focus on the task at hand. When activated, notifications are disabled, and the animation of the Dock application is disabled. To disable this mode, click the tool again. All previous settings are restored. The Do Not Disturb mode is automatically turned off at 00:00.
Not
Switch to sleep mode When activated, this tool prevents the computer from going into sleep mode and dimming the display. This is useful when you want to ensure that a task is not interrupted. Upon activation, all settings that would allow the computer to go into sleep mode are disabled. To disable this mode and restore all sleep settings, simply run the tool again.
Downloading Audio
Use this tool to download audio files from the Internet. You can download audio files one at a time or the entire playlist at once. You can also download audio from video files. By default, audio files are saved to the Downloads folder (you can specify another folder in the tool settings).
Uploading a video
Use this tool to download videos from the Internet. Simply drag the URL of the website with the video from the browser to the icon or window of the tool, and the video download will begin. Many popular video sharing sites are supported. You can also copy the URL (highlight it and press Command+C), switch to the Upload Video tool and paste it (Command+V). The video files are saved in the Downloads folder on your Mac.
Extract the volume
Use this tool to extract all volumes mounted on the desktop, including local removable volumes such as external hard drives and memory cards, network volumes, and even mounted disk images. When you open the tool, the application immediately tries to unmount all volumes, reducing clutter on your desktop. You can set which types of volumes should be summed in the tool settings.
Encrypt files
Encrypt your files or folders to securely share them or store them on your computer.
Energy saving
Use this tool to extend the battery life of your Mac. When power saving mode is enabled, this tool automatically detects when your Mac is switching to battery and enables a number of power saving options that are usually hidden deep inside the operating system. If you do not want the tool to activate automatically, you can disable it in the tool settings.
Search for duplicates
Use this tool to scan your Mac for duplicate files. Run the tool and select the directory you want to check. After the scan is complete, you can preview the detected files and choose which duplicates to keep and which to delete. Deleted files are moved to the trash.
Focus on the window
Focus on one task in a window while all other windows are darkened. Increase your concentration on one task by hiding all other windows, notifications, and other distractions.
Free Memory
Use this tool to quickly free up inactive memory and optimize memory consumption on your Mac. It is recommended to use “Free Memory” before launching an application or game that uses memory intensively. Drag and drop “Free Memory” into the macOS menu bar to easily check the amount of available RAM and free up unused memory with just a few mouse clicks.
Hidden files
Use this tool to show or hide hidden files and folders. To display the hidden files, click the tool icon. To hide the hidden files, click the tool icon again.
Hide the desktop
Use this tool to hide all files, folders and other desktop icons. To activate it, simply click the Hide Desktop icon on the toolbar, in the dock, or in the Finder. To display the icons again, simply click the tool icon again.
Hide menu items
Use this tool to hide unused icons. In the tool settings, specify which icons you want to hide and which ones to leave visible. When the tool is active, the icons that you have chosen to hide are not visible. To display them, click the tool icon. To hide them, click the tool icon again or elsewhere on the screen.
Launch
Use this tool to open multiple objects on your computer, such as applications, documents, folders, links, or other files, with one click. Open the tool and drag the items to the tool window (or to the tool icon) to create a sequence of items that will be opened the next time you click the tool icon. To change a set of items, right-click the tool or hold down the Control key and select settings.
