Download online videos or audio hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, including entire playlists, preserving their original format or extracting only the audio.
Sharing videos via internet hosting services such as YouTube or Vimeo is a common practice, but streaming content may not work properly if you have a slow internet connection.
PullTube offers you the ability to download videos from both sources (YouTube and Vimeo). The app can handle playlists, let you choose the quality of your downloads, and can even extract just the audio. Video Downloader can import drag-and-drop links and detect playlists. PullTube offers a streamlined workflow for quickly downloading videos from YouTube or Vimeo and allows you to extract audio to MP3 or M4A files, as well as providing control over product quality.
PullTube’s user interface offers a small window where you can quickly paste a video URL. If PullTube detects that a video is part of a playlist, it will offer to download the entire collection: it will sequentially fetch data for each entry and perform the download.
Uploading videos to YouTube, hosted, or Vimeo for a variety of sizes and output formats PullTube starts pulling video data immediately, so you can see the video title, duration, and a small thumbnail. When setting up the download, you can choose the quality of the download (peak, 4K, HD, or normal in various resolutions) or choose to export only the audio to an M4A or MP3 file.
You can change the default download location and default MP3 bitrate (320kbps, 256kbps, 128kbps, 64kbps) using PullTube’s settings panel. You can also add quality information along with the video file name and choose to exit the app when all downloads are complete.
