Sample Import With Padshop Pro, sound designers and creatives can utilize their own samples and recordings to power Padshop’s granular synthesis engine. You can record new sounds in Cubase and drag-and-drop the file directly into Padshop Pro to create unique sound presets. Samples can also be imported from the MediaBay or through the convenient import browser. WAV and AIF formats up to ten minutes in length are supported.
The FXpert Padshop Pro includes two additional effects, providing everything you need to craft spectacular granular synthesis presets. The Pro version features a 3-band parametric EQ for each layer, with a frequency range from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz and a variable Q for the mids. This allows you to enhance the clarity and smoothness of your custom presets, enabling precise sound editing from the outset.
